Screen Printing FAQ
We prefer vector files (.ai, .eps, or .pdf). High-resolution PNG files (300 DPI or higher) can work for simpler designs. If you do not have print-ready artwork, our design team can help prepare your files for an additional fee.
Our standard minimum is 24 pieces per design. This allows us to set up the screens efficiently and keep your per-unit cost competitive. For smaller runs, we can sometimes accommodate orders of 12 pieces at a higher per-unit rate.
The main pricing factors are quantity, number of print colors, number of print locations (front, back, sleeve), garment type, and ink type. Generally, the more you order, the lower the per-piece cost. We aim to provide detailed quotes within 4 hours during business hours.
Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders can be completed in 5 to 7 business days for an additional fee. We recommend planning ahead for large events or seasonal orders.
Screen printing is one of the most durable decoration methods available. When cared for properly (washing inside out on cold, tumble dry low), screen-printed designs can last the life of the garment without cracking, peeling, or fading significantly.
Yes. We mix custom PMS (Pantone Matching System) inks to match your brand colors precisely. If you provide your PMS color numbers, we will ensure accurate color reproduction across every order.
