Flat Embroidery
The most common embroidery style. Thread lies flat against the fabric for a clean, professional look. Ideal for detailed logos, small text, and intricate designs.
3D Puff Embroidery
Foam backing raises the stitching off the surface for a bold, three-dimensional effect. Popular on hats and caps for a premium, attention-grabbing look.
Satin Stitch
Smooth, closely spaced stitches that create a silky, polished finish. Perfect for lettering, borders, and small decorative elements.

Embroidery FAQ
Digitizing is the process of converting your logo artwork into a stitch file that our embroidery machines can read. It is required for every embroidery order and is included in our pricing — you do not need to provide a digitized file, though we can use one if you have it.
Our standard minimum is 12 pieces per design. Because the setup involves creating a digitized stitch file, this minimum helps keep your per-piece cost reasonable.
Embroidery works best with clean, bold designs. Very small text (under 0.25 inches tall) and highly detailed photographic images do not translate well to thread. Our digitizing team will advise you if any adjustments are needed for the best result.
Yes. Embroidered designs are stitched directly into the fabric and will not crack, peel, or fade over time. They are extremely durable and maintain their appearance through hundreds of wash cycles.
We can embroider on most woven and knit fabrics including cotton, polyester, fleece, twill, canvas, and performance fabrics. Very thin or stretchy materials may require special backing. We will let you know if your chosen garment needs any special treatment.
